Ever wondered what it is like to work in an innovative startup?

This year’s 30 PHIA semi-finalists have indicated they are looking for YOU!

On the 4th of April, the Philips Innovation Award, in collaboration with YesDelft! and FSR Rotterdam, is organising a Find Your Talent Day to connect motivated students with the most innovative startups in The Netherlands. It is a unique opportunity to find an internship or job with a growing startup, a side of the job market that students do not often encounter. These startups span various sectors, including healthcare, technology, the consumer industry, energy and sustainability.

Past participants of the Philips Innovation Award (PHIA), such as Felyx, Lalaland, Loop and Lightyear, are growing rapidly or have already grown to be successful scale-ups. If you join these fast-growing startups at an early stage, you will be working in a dynamic environment while being in the driver’s seat, allowing you to shape the future of the company. Be part of their movement!

Our Find Your Talent Day will take place from 14:30-17:00 and will be free of charge. The day will consist of job fair rounds, during which you can get to know the startups and their founders that fit your profile and preferences. Is there a match? Then you might consider becoming an intern, employee or co-founder at one of our start-ups! Moreover, prepare to be inspired as a start-up founder shares their success story.
